Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Veda Lumina subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features (Explorer, Oracle) will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
2. Refunds for Subscriptions
Given the digital nature of the platform and the compute cost of immediate astrological insight deliveries, we generally do not offer refunds or credits for partially used billing periods unless required by law.
3. Exceptions
If you experience critical technical issues that prevent you from generating your charts or accessing the insights you paid for, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund. Please contact support to initiate a claim.
